Rules & Terms :
Films in French and English language are accepted. Films in other languages must be subtitled in French or English. The competition is open only to films produced less than six years prior to the festival date. All previously produced films may be selected for screening only, but are not in competition. Any filmmaker who will not be attending Kinshasa must send a representative to collect their award in case they win.
